Frequently asked questions

Silicone or saline?

Both are excellent; silicone generally feels more natural and is the most common choice.

Do implants need replacing?

Not on a schedule — they are replaced if a problem develops or your goals change.

Can I breastfeed afterwards?

Most patients can; incision choice is planned with this in mind.

How do I pick a size?

Sizing is chosen in consultation using your measurements, tissue and goal photos.
