Brazilian Butt Lift
A Brazilian butt lift (BBL) enhances the buttocks by transferring fat from areas like the abdomen, thighs, or hips. The procedure involves liposuction to remove fat, purifying it, and then injecting it into the buttocks to add volume and shape. This creates a fuller, more contoured backside and eliminates stubborn fat that diet and exercise haven't addressed.

Frequently asked questions
How much of the transferred fat survives?
Typically 60–80% of the grafted fat establishes a blood supply and stays permanently. The rest is reabsorbed in the first few months.
How long must I avoid sitting?
Direct sitting is limited for about two weeks; a BBL pillow is used for several weeks after that.
Am I a candidate if I am very slim?
You need a reasonable amount of donor fat. If there isn't enough, Dr. Espinoza will discuss alternatives during your consultation.
Is the result permanent?
Yes — surviving fat cells are your own. Significant weight changes will still affect the shape.
